A structured path
back to yourself.
Attachment science, nervous system regulation, and relational repair - delivered in a cohort you'll actually look forward to showing up for.
WHY THIS PROGRAM
Not another wellness app. A clinical program with clinical results.
Built by clinicians, not content creators.
Every session, every module, every group exercise was designed by licensed therapists with expertise in attachment, trauma, and nervous system regulation.
The cohort is the therapy.
You're not watching videos alone. You're in a small group doing the work together - building the co-regulation capacity that individual therapy can't replicate.
12 weeks because it takes 12 weeks.
Not 4. Not 30 days. The program is structured around the time it actually takes to recognize a pattern, learn to regulate it, and reintegrate into your life differently.
Have insurance?
Our Intensive Outpatient Program is covered by most major plans and provides 9-15 hours of weekly clinical contact. Most members pay $0 out of pocket.

The Restoration Sequence
Three phases. Twelve weeks. Each builds on the last.
Understanding what's actually happening - why your nervous system responds the way it does, how early attachment shaped your relational patterns, and what your stress response looks like mapped clearly for the first time.
Your nervous system isn't broken
How your stress response works, why you feel what you feel, and what dysregulation actually looks like in daily life.
The story your body is telling
Somatic awareness fundamentals. Body scan practices, window of tolerance mapping, understanding why "just think differently" doesn't work.
Your relational blueprint
How early attachment patterns shape the way you connect, protect, and withdraw in current relationships.
Mapping your pattern under stress
The specific sequence that runs when you're triggered - mapped clearly so it stops feeling like chaos.
Every tier includes
Clinical depth, not content volume.
This isn't a library of videos. It's a structured clinical experience with real clinicians, real group work, and real accountability.

Frequently asked questions
Intensive Outpatient (IOP) involves 9-15 hours of clinical contact per week - group therapy, individual sessions, and skills workshops. Outpatient therapy is 1-2 sessions per week focused on individual work. IOP is designed for people who need more structure than weekly therapy provides but don't require residential care.
Start with our free assessment. It takes about 5 minutes and helps our clinical team recommend the right program based on your symptoms, history, and goals. You can also call us directly and speak with an intake coordinator.
We're in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, HealthNet, TriCare, UnitedHealthcare, and others. Most members pay $0 out of pocket. Use our benefits checker to verify your coverage in under a minute.
Most members move from intake to their first session within 48 hours. There are no waitlists. Once your benefits are verified and your intake is complete, we match you with a clinician and get you scheduled.
Yes. All sessions - group therapy, individual therapy, and workshops - are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video. You attend from home on your schedule, with evening and flexible options available.
A typical IOP week includes 3-4 group therapy sessions, 1 individual session with your clinician, and skills-based workshops - totaling 9-15 hours of clinical contact. Sessions are held in the evenings so you can continue working and managing daily life.
Our clinicians are licensed to treat the full scope of mental health - including anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, bipolar disorder, OCD, substance use, grief, relationship distress, emotional dysregulation, and more. If you're unsure, our assessment will help clarify.
JCAHO (Joint Commission) accreditation is the gold standard in healthcare quality. It means Recentered Life meets the same rigorous clinical and safety benchmarks as top hospitals and treatment centers. Not every outpatient program has it.
Absolutely. Many members step down from IOP to outpatient therapy as they progress, or move to Guided Recovery for continued support. Your clinician works with you to adjust your level of care as your needs evolve.
Weekly therapy isn't always enough - especially when symptoms are persistent or compounding. Our structured programs deliver significantly more clinical contact than traditional therapy, using multiple evidence-based modalities. The intensity is often what creates the shift.

Whether you're seeking support for yourself or referring a patient, we'll help you move forward quickly and clearly.
I need support
Find the right level of care and check your insurance coverage. Our intake team will walk you through your options - from intensive outpatient programs to individual therapy - and match you with a clinician who specializes in what you're going through.
Most members start within 48 hours. No waitlists, no referral needed.
I'm referring a patient
Discharge coordinators, therapists, and physicians can submit a referral directly. We'll run verification of benefits, coordinate with the care team, and begin intake scheduling - so your patient doesn't lose momentum between levels of care.
