Insurance Covered · JCAHO Accredited

Intensive clinical care - without putting life on hold.

Group therapy, individual sessions, and evidence-based treatment. Three evenings a week, fully virtual, covered by insurance.

WHY IOP

Weekly therapy wasn't enough. This is the next level of care.

i

One hour a week can't undo years of patterns.

IOP delivers 9-15 hours of clinical contact per week - enough intensity to actually interrupt the cycles that keep repeating.

ii

Structure creates the change, not just insight.

Knowing what's wrong isn't the same as knowing how to change it. IOP gives you a clinical framework - consistent sessions, accountability, a cohort working alongside you.

iii

You don't need to leave your life to work on it.

Evening sessions, fully virtual, designed for working professionals. You keep your job, your routines, your relationships - and do the deep clinical work around them.

WHO IT'S FOR

IOP is the right fit if…

You don't need to be in crisis. Most of our members are high-functioning people whose current level of support isn't matching their level of need.

Outpatient therapy is 1-2 sessions per week focused on individual work. IOP is designed for people who need more structure than weekly therapy provides but don't require residential care.

Yes. All sessions - group therapy, individual therapy, and workshops - are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video. You attend from home on your schedule, with evening and flexible options available.

A typical IOP week includes 3-4 group therapy sessions, 1 individual session with your clinician, and skills-based workshops - totaling 9-15 hours of clinical contact. Sessions are held in the evenings so you can continue working and managing daily life.

Our clinicians are licensed to treat the full scope of mental health - including anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, bipolar disorder, OCD, substance use, grief, relationship distress, emotional dysregulation, and more. If you're unsure, our assessment will help clarify.

JCAHO (Joint Commission) accreditation is the gold standard in healthcare quality. It means Recentered Life meets the same rigorous clinical and safety benchmarks as top hospitals and treatment centers. Not every outpatient program has it.

Absolutely. Many members step down from IOP to outpatient therapy as they progress, or move to Guided Recovery for continued support. Your clinician works with you to adjust your level of care as your needs evolve.

Weekly therapy isn't always enough - especially when symptoms are persistent or compounding. Our structured programs deliver significantly more clinical contact than traditional therapy, using multiple evidence-based modalities. The intensity is often what creates the shift.
